Cooking and food has always been a great love of mine and opening Saltwater in July 2000 realised a long held dream. People often ask ‘what is your style of cooking?’ I suppose you could call it modern British, but really I cook what I love to eat! I love making my own bread and like to experiment with different flavours.

 

More than anything, I love to see people leaving the restaurant knowing they've had great food and good service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.”
